• A company usually has an office and infrastructure. While a freelancer usually neither has any office nor any infrastructure to attend to the client. Who do you think is more reliable, one with a physical address or one without it It is obvious that the company with the physical address should be more trustworthy.

• Quality testing is the last step of web application development. When a team of technocrats from a company tests the quality of the application, it should be near to perfection. Usually this is not possible in case of the freelance because he/she may most probably like to wind up the work very fast and rush through the quality checking process.
