Article Publication Editorial Guidelines
FreeArticlesInc.com aims to provide publishers and readers with high quality, original content. To ensure that your articles meet our criteria, please use the following guidelines when producing content to be published:
Content
- All articles must be original articles.
- Do not include any links which lead directly to affiliate programs.
- Do not Spam Submit your article to one category only. We understand that many articles could be submitted to several categories, however we consider this to be spamming and may lead to the suspension of the author.
- Articles and/or the contents of articles may appear only once on our site. Do not resubmit content under different titles or categories.
- You may include a maximum of 3 hyperlinks in an article .
- You may include up to 3 hyperlinks in your Resource Box/Author Bio.
- All contact information should appear only in the about author (Resource Box).
- Every article must have an article summary (up to 300 characters). The purpose of the article summary is to give the reader a quick overview of your article. HTML tags are not allowed within the summary. This should be a carefully crafted intro to your article, not just a copy and paste of the first paragraph of your articles.
- You can only place HTML tags in the body of your article and in your Author Bio(Resource Box).
- Please select up to 15 highly relevant keywords that are separated by a comma. Non-relevant keywords will be removed.
- Articles which appear to be nothing more than advertisements, will be considered spam and will be removed or not approved for publication.
Formatting
- Article Title: A maximum of 120 characters and minimum of 2 words. (We recommend 80 characters for optimal search engine results). Do not use ALL CAPS. Do not have the name of your company, web site name, URLs or author name appear in the title.
- Article Summary: This must be between 120 and 300 characters long and it should reflect the content of the article. I is better to create a summary separately from the article and not simply use part of or the entire first paragraph. URLs are not allowed in this area.
- Author name: Do not use your web site name, business name or email address as the author name. Remember; people write articles not companies or web sites. Use proper names only.
- Article Body: A minimum of 250 words and a maximum length of 12,000 characters. The following HTML tags are allowed within the body of the article: <br />, <p>, <b>, <i>, <u> and <a href>. Use hard breads, only at the end of a paragraph (click Enter twice or use the <br /> tag)
- Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire article. Be sure to use paragraph breaks. Articles which are not divided into short paragraphs, it will be difficult to read, and the readers will give up on your article. Do Not bold, underline and/or italicize multiple instances of a keyword.

- Family Safe Content Only: We do not accept articles dealing with the following content... racism, violence, illegal subjects (such as, but not limited to movie downloads, warez), potentially dangerous information, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and FreeArticlesInc reserves the right to decline any article.
- Do not submit plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the rights to any article you publish.
- Articles should not link to or promote online gambling sites, pornography or contain any "direct to affiliate programs" links .
